What type of holiday packages does Holidays by flydubai offer?
Our holiday packages include flights with hotels, along with holiday services such as tours, activities and transfers. A wide range of options allow you to customise your package and create your perfect holiday in a matter of minutes, all within a single booking process.

Can I book a flight ticket on holidays.flydubai.com?
Can I make a hotel only booking?
No. Holidays by flydubai bookings are for packages of flights plus hotels and other add-ons. You can book hotels on hotels.flydubai.com
Can I add a hotel to an existing flight-only booking?
Can I book holiday packages from anywhere in the world?
From across the flydubai network and from our home in Dubai, Holidays by flydubai sells packages to an array of countries spread throughout Africa, Central Asia, Europe, the Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East. There are, however, some countries that we do not sell out of. We are constantly working on bringing the perfect Holidays by flydubai package to more customers on our flydubai network.

Do you have a mobile app?
No. However, our mobile website is very easy to use. To create a perfect holiday through your mobile device you just need to visit holidays.flydubai.com
Do I need a visa to visit my destination?
A visa may be required to travel to some of our destinations. If you’re unsure, please check with the relevant embassy in your country of residence.
Do you provide any visa assistance?
We do provide visa assistance if you’re travelling to Dubai. You can apply for a UAE visa through our website by filling out a visa form and uploading the necessary documents. Make sure your passport has more than 6 months validity at the time of travel, as this is a mandatory requirement for obtaining a visa to the UAE.
Can I book holiday package on codeshare booking?
Yes, Holidays by flydubai customers can book codeshare flights on Emirates based on their availability.
How will I receive a refund?
Once the applicable cancellation or amendment policies have been applied, a refund will be made through your original mode of payment.
Can I pay using Skywards Miles?
At this time, we do not accept Skywards Miles as payment against a Holidays by flydubai booking.
Will I receive Miles as an Emirates Skywards member if I book a holiday package?
Yes, as an Emirates Skywards member you can earn Miles against the flight portion of your Holidays by flydubai booking.
Do I have to be part of the package? Can I book package for my family?
You can book a Holidays by flydubai package on behalf of a friend or family member. If you want to pay by credit or debit card, the person you’re paying for will need to show a photocopy of the front of your credit or debit card and a photocopy of your passport at check-in. You can't use your credit or debit card to pay for someone else to travel to or from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Sudan.
Can I make a booking for a group of people?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more people, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our dedicated group booking team will be happy to take your inquiry forward. Our group booking team will be able to assist you on a variety of group booking scenarios including personal leisure groups, conferences, incentive travel, student groups and more.

Our vast network of partners, in the many destinations we fly to, offer a wide range of transfer options, such as shuttle buses, private cars and limousines. What will happen if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
In the unfortunate scenario where your flight is cancelled or delayed, you can get in touch with us on the emergency contact number mentioned on your booking confirmation. Our team members are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I book a holiday?
You can book your holiday at holidays.flydubai.com, visit the nearest flydubai Travel Shop or contact your local Travel Agent.
Can I book my holiday in advance?
Booking your holiday with us can be made whenever convenient, from up to 11 months in advance, by choosing from a range of destinations, flights, hotels, activities and services.
Why should I book in advance?
When booking in advance, you’ll most likely receive the best deals and availability. The earlier you book, the easier it is to find exactly what you’re looking for, at the lowest price. Can I make a last-minute holiday booking?
You can make last-minute holiday bookings, both online or through a flydubai Travel Shop, as long as there is availability.
Why aren’t all holiday packages available all the time?
All packages on Holidays by flydubai are based on real time availability and pricing. This allows us to give you, our customer, the best possible pricing available at any time along with last minute availability. If you are looking for a holiday package previously advertised and are not able to locate it, the package may have sold out. With numerous alternatives available across our destinations to suit all price points, we are certain you will be able to find the holiday that fits your needs.

How can I make bookings for groups?
Do I receive a ticket or confirmation when I book with Holidays by flydubai?
After booking with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase, along with vouchers for each individual item of your itinerary, such as flights, hotels, transfers and activities. To make things easier, please print a copy of the itinerary and attached vouchers, and always have them on hand during your travel.
What web browsers will allow me to make a booking?
To determine which browser you are running, click on "Help" at the top of the browser and select the "About" menu item that describes your browser.
Please note that any "Beta" or "Preview" version of a browser may not properly work with these pages.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking in the “My bookings” page. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of your booking as there may be charges applied.

What does the transfer price include?
Based upon your selection, a transfer could be either from your destination airport to the hotel, hotel to airport or from one hotel to another.
Why is the price at the time of booking different from the price advertised?
The prices advertised on our website or e-mail newsletters are starting prices per person based on dates, flight availability and fare class, and are subject to change. Your holiday package price can be further affected by currency exchange rates, associated costs for tours or activities, and taxes such as airline insurance, fuel and security. The website or your travel agent will alert you to the price difference of any element of your holiday prior to booking confirmation and payment.
How do I request or add special assistance?

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your bookings using Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards. You may be asked to present your credit or debit card at the airport before you board your flight.
Can I cancel the hotel booking without cancelling the flight booking? If yes, will there be any penalty applied or difference in fare?
Yes, you can cancel your hotel booking without cancelling your flight booking by calling our Customer Centre or getting in touch with us at email@example.com. Please note, however, that you may be charged an amendment fee along with any applicable charges.
Can I change the booking dates (flight and hotel)? If yes, will there be any penalty applied on both bookings?

During your stay
When does my all-inclusive package finish?
Your all-inclusive package will finish when you check out of your room. Some hotels may extend it until you leave the hotel, but this is at the hotel’s discretion. In some cases, you can keep using the facilities for an extra charge.
What’s in my hotel room?
Wondering whether your room has a hair dryer, fridge, Wi-Fi or complimentary coffee or tea? These amenities are usually listed on the Hotel details page, if they’re available.
We want to celebrate a birthday or another event. Is there anything you can do to make it special?
If you have any special requests, just contact us and we’ll get in touch with the hotel for you. Please note that requests are not guaranteed, but the hotel usually makes every effort to accommodate them.
What time is check-out at my hotel?
Check-out time varies at each hotel, but you’ll usually need to vacate your room, apartment or villa by mid-morning or mid-day on the last day of your holiday. Take a look at the Hotel details page to find out what the hotel’s check-out time is, or if there are any late check-out options for an extra fee.
Can I pre-book a table in the restaurant?
Booking a table in the hotel’s restaurant is only possible once you arrive at the hotel. Speak to the reception and they’ll let you know how you can reserve one.

When will I get a reply to my complaint?
We always aim to get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. Based upon the nature of your complaint the resolution time may vary.
I lost something on my holiday - who do I contact?
If you lost something on the plane, you’ll need to contact the lost property department at the airport you were flying to, which is where things are handed in. If you lost something at your hotel, it’s best to contact them directly to see if your item has been handed in.
What do I do if my luggage is lost or delayed?
If your baggage is lost or delayed, you’ll need to report it to the lost luggage desk at the airport as soon as possible. They'll put you in touch with a handling agent who'll help you to get your bag back as soon as possible. For more information, please refer to flydubai.com.
